Chef Tyler Wiard shops for seasonal and interesting ingredients, then plans the ever-changing menus. This allows us to incorporate menu options with limited seasonal availability. Adding choices in portion size, flavor profiles and culinary styles – from the familiar to ethnic and contemporary – allows us to blend a menu always full of choice and variety. In our ever-changing menu, you’ll always find a great mix of old favorites and exciting new options.
